Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 26, 2026 Last Updated: August 26, 2026
Silicon Valley Interactive LLC ("Silicon Valley Interactive," "Ghostify," "we," "us," or "our") operates Ghostify.lol and related websites, products, features, and services (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, retain, disclose, and otherwise handle information in connection with the Service.
Ghostify allows users to upload communications, including exported message histories, and use artificial intelligence to generate simulated conversations and other outputs based on those communications.
Because uploaded conversations may contain information about people other than the Ghostify user who uploads them, this Policy also describes how we handle information relating to non-users.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, from content you upload, and from third parties.
A. Account and Profile Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as:
- name;
- email address;
- username;
- account credentials or authentication information;
- profile information;
- account preferences and settings;
- subscription status; and
- other information associated with your account.
If you use a third-party authentication service, we may receive information from that provider in accordance with the permissions you provide.
B. Uploaded Messages and Other Content
Ghostify allows users to import or upload communications, including exported iMessage and WhatsApp conversations and other supported communication histories.
Depending on what you upload, this information may include:
- messages and conversation text;
- names;
- phone numbers;
- usernames;
- contact information;
- dates and timestamps;
- conversation participants;
- photos, media, attachments, and links, where supported;
- relationship information;
- communications and information concerning other individuals; and
- other information contained in or associated with the uploaded material.
Uploaded conversations may contain highly personal or sensitive information that Ghostify did not specifically request.
For example, users' conversations could contain information relating to health, relationships, sexuality, finances, beliefs, location, employment, family matters, or other private subjects.
C. Information About Non-Users
Information uploaded to Ghostify may relate to individuals who do not have Ghostify accounts and who did not directly provide information to us.
For example, when a user uploads a conversation between themselves and another person, we may process messages, identifying information, characteristics, and other information concerning that other person.
If you believe information about you has been uploaded to Ghostify and would like to submit a privacy or deletion request, contact us at support@siliconvalleyinteractive.com.
We may need to verify your identity and obtain sufficient information to locate the relevant data before completing a request.
D. Derived and Inferred Information
We may analyze information submitted to Ghostify and derive additional information from it.
This may include information or inferences concerning:
- writing and communication style;
- vocabulary and language patterns;
- conversation patterns;
- interests;
- preferences;
- relationships;
- behaviors or characteristics;
- conversational context;
- personality-related characteristics;
- interaction patterns; and
- other attributes, patterns, summaries, representations, or inferences derived from uploaded information.
We may create profiles, representations, embeddings, summaries, or other derived data that enable or improve Ghostify's AI functionality.
E. AI-Generated Information
We collect and may retain prompts, generated conversations, feedback, AI outputs, interactions with simulated personas, and related information.
AI-generated simulations are artificial creations. They are not the actual individuals on whom they may be based.
F. Payment Information
Ghostify is a subscription service.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or other providers.
Payment processors may collect payment card details, billing information, transaction information, and other information necessary to process your payment.
We may receive information concerning your purchases and subscription status without necessarily receiving complete payment-card information.
G. Automatically Collected Information
When you access Ghostify, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address;
- device and browser information;
- operating system;
- device or browser identifiers;
- pages and features accessed;
- dates and times of access;
- referring and exit information;
- interactions with the Service;
- log information;
- crash information;
- diagnostic information;
- security information; and
- approximate location inferred from information such as an IP address.
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies where applicable.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Model Development
Ghostify uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded communications and generate simulated conversations and other outputs.
Information processed by our AI systems may include uploaded messages, information derived from messages, user instructions, generated conversations, feedback, and other interactions with the Service.
Subject to applicable law and any applicable notices, choices, permissions, or consents, we may use information collected through Ghostify to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, develop, operate, or improve artificial intelligence models, algorithms, systems, features, and related technologies.
These activities may benefit Ghostify as well as products, services, models, or technologies that we develop in the future.
Where applicable law requires separate consent or provides an applicable right to opt out or object, we will provide the required mechanism.
4. AI Simulations Are Not Real People
Ghostify may generate content designed to reflect patterns found in communications associated with a particular person.
Such a simulation is an artificial approximation.
It is not the actual person, is not controlled by that person, and should not be understood as speaking on that person's behalf.
Generated content does not establish what the real person thinks, believes, remembers, wants, would say, or would do.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, fabricated, inappropriate, inconsistent, or otherwise different from the behavior of the person represented by the source material.

Our business and data practices may evolve.
Subject to applicable law, information collected through Ghostify, including information derived from use of the Service, may be used, disclosed, licensed, shared, or otherwise commercialized in connection with our business.
Certain activities may constitute a "sale," "sharing," targeted advertising, or similar regulated processing under applicable privacy laws.
Where applicable law gives individuals the right to consent to, opt out of, limit, or otherwise control such processing, we will provide the applicable notices and mechanisms.
Where applicable law requires affirmative consent before we use or disclose particular information for a particular commercial purpose, we will seek that consent as required.

This means uploaded conversations and information derived from them may be retained for extended periods while an account or associated data remains with Ghostify.
Retention periods may depend on:
- the nature of the information;
- the purposes for which it is processed;
- whether an account remains active;
- operational requirements;

- legal obligations;
- disputes or claims; and
- technical considerations.
Users may request deletion as described below.
Following a valid deletion request, information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, archives, fraud-prevention systems, legal records, or other systems where continued retention is reasonably necessary or permitted by applicable law.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting:

We will process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
Deletion may be subject to exceptions where information must or may lawfully be retained, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, financial recordkeeping, backups, or establishment or defense of legal claims.
Where technically and legally applicable, deletion may include uploaded conversations and information associated with the account.

Rights and exceptions differ by jurisdiction.

We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
12. Your Responsibilities When Uploading Information
You should only upload communications and information that you are legally permitted to provide to Ghostify for the requested processing.
You are responsible for your use of Ghostify and for complying with applicable laws and obligations concerning information you upload.
However, our processing of personal information remains subject to applicable law regardless of a user's representations concerning that information.
13. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse.
